myInvo is a browser-based web service that allows you to securely organize your personal asset information and personal data. myInvo protects and stores your critical information, and gives you immediate access - anytime, anywhere, from any web browser.. In addition, myInvo has a unique lost and found tagging service that allows you to tag any part of your personal inventory and increase the chances of getting it back if it is lost.

By phone: if you find a lost item with an ifFound label you can call our toll-free return line. You'll speak with a customer service representative, who will get the item back to the owner. Online: go to www.myinvo.com , type in the tag number under the 'found something?'and follow the online directions.

How can I upgrade my service?
MyInvo offers a number of services packages. Members may upgrade to the next level at any time by purchasing that level. Your annual renewal date would be 1 year from your new purchase date. Once you purchase a level all sales are final.

How can I cancel my service?
If you choose to cancel your myInvo membership you may do so at any time by calling our toll-free number. Your membership will remain active until your one-year anniversary date; it will be automatically deactivated on that day. Memberships are non-refundable.

How can I add items/documents?
Adding items is fast and easy, and can be done on several different pages of the site. On the 'my account' page, simply click on the "add item" button. To add a document, click on "add document. To add a wallet item, click on "add wallet item buttons."

How do I manage my inventory?
myInvo creates separate areas for items, documents and wallet content. myInvo's account dashboard displays your most recent activity in all 3 areas; you can add, modify, delete, review, and reference all your inventory at your convenience. Our sorting and reporting tools let you generate print reports and manage your inventory to meet your needs.

How do I inventory a document?
From the documents area of your account dashboard simply click the add document button. You may upload a PDF or Microsoft office files or just fill out information about the location of the document.

Where can I view my full inventory?
You can review the full list of your inventory, your documents, or your wallet content on the 'my account' page. myInvo's standard reports allow you to make paper copies of your inventory lists.

I don't keep receipts; can I still inventory my items?
You can inventory your items with as little or as much information as you want. Receipts are a great way to validate the value and purchase of items for proof in an insurance claim, and serial and model numbers can be important as well. We suggest that if you have the information, capture it and store it on myInvo so you have it when and if you need it.

Why would ifFound labels make a difference? Do they work?
People who find things and see a label are more likely to attempt to return the item. In fact, studies report return rates of 80% to 90% when specialty return labels are used. At myInvo, we know that people are good at heart, and our service makes it easy to help others.

How do I renew my service?
We will send out a reminder to you close to your annual anniversary date. All you need to do is verify the payment method, upgrade to a different level if you'd like and your renewal is complete.

How are found items returned?
myInvo is alerted either on our web site or by phone that an item with a myInvo ifFound tag has been found. myInvo will take the information and contact the member immediately to arrange for return. It could be that the member and finder are in the same geographic location and arrangements can be made for a speedy recover of the lost item. If shipping is required, we will work with the finder for the best option to return the item. There is no cost to the finder, and standard shipping is included in the myInvo membership. Special arrangement can be made at the request of the member and the myInvo customer service representative will work with both parties to complete the transaction of the return to the member and the reward to the finder.
Who pays for the shipping of found items back to the member?
All membership levels include the lost and found service ifFound. In the event an item is found with your ifFound tag and the finder calls myInvo to return the item, the shipping costs are included in your membership. We use standard ground or postal service pricing. If a member requests faster or over night service myInvo will make the proper arrangements and the member is responsible for paying the additional shipping costs with a credit card. A myInvo customer service representative will assist you to make sure you have complete control of the return of your found item.
Are there rewards for finding and returning an item with a myInvo ifFound tag?
myInvo will reward the finder upon successful return of the item to the member with free services from myInvo. There is also the opportunity for the members to reward the finder with a monetary amount when the item is returned. The amount is up to the member and should be based on the item and the good deed done. The reward is charged to a member's credit card and myInvo will take care of forwarding the reward to the finder.
What if my membership expires and someone finds an item with my label on it?
myInvo will still honor the ifFound service and arrange to get your item back to you. There is a fee of $20.00 plus shipping costs. This can be paid with a credit card.
